Val Smith offers plenty of training through his program Mentors in Motion.  People who buy the package, at around $500, get to attend his 3-hour seminars not once but 3 times.  That helps people get the ideas planted firmly in their minds.  Purchasers also get 2 one and a half interactive coaching sessions every week for a year.  They get extra services as well, such as free voice mail and free qualified phone leads. 

These training tools are designed to help people who are interested in home based businesses to prosper.  The mentoring is not done one-on-one, as most mentoring programs are done.  Instead, Val Smith speaks to large groups during his seminars or conference calls.  His students have little chance to have their individual questions thoroughly addressed. 

However, the marketing information Val Smith gives is pertinent to today’s business world.  The strategies promoted through Mentors in Motion are really quite clever.  Val Smith offers access to his methods and ideas, which are tried and workable. 

What Val Smith does not offer is personal coaching or a guarantee that any of this will translate into profits for the person who invests in his program.  It is interesting to note that there have been many clients singing loud praises of Val Smith and Mentors in Motion.  At the same time, there have been few recorded instances of people making a large profit after working with Smith.  The information seems to be there, but there is a glitch in the way people are using it.  The fault must lie, in part, with Val Smith himself.  If the program were better, people would have better results.
