Located in Los Gatos, California, the official business name of Epowerandprofits.com is E Power and Profits, LLC. The business apparently offers information about how to buy and sell on ebay. Several complaints have been made against the company. Some of those complaints allege that epowerandprofits.com provides little or no additional information than what can be found available on ebay itself for free. Other complaints state that once E Power and Profits, LLC has someone’s credit card or checking account number, the company charges more to those accounts than provided for in the original agreement. Some of the complaints also say that the company will not allow their customers to return any of their products and it is difficult to get refunds.

One allegation against epowerandprofits.com claimed that the online business continued to make additional charges against the customer’s credit card. In the complaint the customer alleged that company representatives refused to reveal what the charges were for, that the company did not answer email complaints, and would not even answer the telephone.

Another customer said he complained to the Better Business Bureau that the epowerandprofits.com product cost him $67, which he returned within the 30 day grace period. He returned the item because he received an invalid PIN number, so he was never able to use the product. He was then charged a $10 restocking fee which he knew nothing about, and was charged $44.95 for something called a 3-pack continuity which, he was informed, was nonrefundable.

While looking into allegations about this business I was unable to find much positive information. It appears that this is one you should definitely stay away from.
